Download the Visual Studio Installer:
Official site: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/arrow-up-right
Choose "Visual Studio Community Edition" (free version)
In the installer:
Select “Desktop development with C++”
Make sure “MSVC v14.x”, Windows SDK, and C++ CMake tools for Windows are checked
Install it — this will add all the needed runtime DLLs and fix errors.
